CMS is currently studying the importance of Emotional Intelligence and Motivational Alignment as determinants of Leadership Effectiveness .

In working with clients, we realised the importance for individuals to choose careers and organisations that corresponded to their motivational profile in order to increase effectiveness and satisfaction.

During our earlier executive coaching work, we identified a possible correlation between scores on emotional intelligence and motivational strengths as determinants of leadership effectiveness.

Based on the above observation, we have commenced a study to explore these links and to develop a research hypothesis for an extended research programme into leadership effectiveness.
